Not sure if they'll all grade or what they'll grade, but I like em. The first 1836 is the beaded reverse variety. The 1809 is the llll edge variety. Clearly it's been dipped, but there are no hairlines.
Impressive. They look great to me. The last one is a little too clean, might get a details grade but I'm guessing here since I am largely unfamiliar with older US coins
45 40 40 The first has something going on in the right hand field behind the bust, but I still think it will grade.
I don't see the 1809 straight grading, unfortunately. The second 1836 (putting myself in their shoes) is kinda questionable as well, with that early-stage light brown toning. Technically I agree with Mainebill's 40, 40, 45.
I just bought an XF-low AU 1820 curl base 2 last night. I'm hoping it'll grade as well. Next week these will go off to pcgs. I'll post results when I get them back.
I think I like 45, 40, 40 as the grades based off the pictures. Actually like the first one the best.
Well, what happened? What did they grade? Here's one I have on approval right now. Wanna guess the grade and explain the toning around Liberty's profile?
