1989 Canadian Cent ( Cud or Rim?)

I’m not sure how to title. Canadian cents have their unique shape. Cud… or Rim? Opinions appreciated. Thank you!

Since I didn't see "the other one", I'll respond to this one. I think all Canadian cents that year were this odd shape. A cud is a die break that involves the rim. I don't see any here.

 

Well it is something but I’m not sure what. Ya in the 6 o’clock area and that rim shape adds to my confusion.
