@Sharkbait46737 recently posted a thread about a neat Die Chip on the Obverse of a new Washington Quarter. I attributed it as such on his mouth. Well just now I was looking at some recent pocket change at some new coins I got back and found this.. A Die Chip on Roosevelt's mouth It's a keeper in my book! The Reverse is slight misaligned.. Here is an attributed 1953 Silver Roosevelt Die Chip on Mouth from my collection
I found this one a few years ago. I saved it because I thought it would be considered an "atypical" specimen. 15 + chips counting both sides. Very late die state.
Seems like a large majority of the newer dimes are MAD, and that's not a chip, just dip he didn't wipe off. LOL
