I saw this seller on Ebay who is unrated and selling Morgan Dollars that all look fake to me.
They have fields that don't seem to have any bag marks, they have a funny tone and look to them, and they all have the same look to them. Some of the dates also look funny like the numbers on the 1921. He claims he doesn't know if they are fake or not.

Here is the link to the seller:

Let me know what you think.

You already know what we think, as stated in your title.

Pretty sure the seller knows the score, too.

Thanks for your response. I wanted to get some opinions and then I'd contact the seller. I also hope that others can be made aware of the potential fakes out their to help them not fall victim to them.

I never look at sellers that are too lazy to show the reverse side of the coin.

They look to me like they are screaming for a magnet to touch.

I was looking at that, and wondering if they really have sold anything. Zero feedbacks so far, and at least when I checked, the "sold items" page said 4 items sold, but there were 5 listings shown. Between that and the "I do not know if they are real or not", I wonder if all the "sold" items are in some stage of being returned.

True, but they've all "sold" in a little more than a week so they may not have even been delivered yet. I also noted exorbitant shipping costs.

    :hilarious: His OWN description:
1878-1904S US MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR. Plus a 1921 S Morgan Silver dollar. I cannot say if they are real or not, and I am not sure they are silver or copper. I will say they are beautiful, and surely look real to me. Buyer be ware.

Hahaha, I told the seller they're fake and they threatened to sue me. So typical. Sometimes this stuff is entertaining.

I guess I don't have to worry about that lawsuit. Wish I had saved an individual listing - I'm curious if they ended the listings or if they got orange hoodies.

Might not hurt to report him to eBay for harassment...?
