To many anomalies on post 1982 coinage with very few errors to speak of but they are out there. Thanks for sharing, good luck.

Yes, this is a new DDR WDDR-001 J.Wexler has added this coin to his files. this has not been added to his website as of yet. J.Wexler is retiring from examinations find out more on his website
the document below is J.Wexlers letter stating that this is a new wddr-001
this may be a minor double die but none less I believe in J.Wexler's judgment

We'll it's confirmed so yes you did find something new.Some like to collect these but all these little ones just bug me,I would get a migraine after looking 5 seconds for one at this magnification level coin after coin.

 

you can see this with an 8x loop but better with 20x. this is what I use + my microscope. If I think I'm seeing something with the 8x I will take a closer look with the 20x and then the scope I do get what you are saying
