You decide if any get 5FS,
This is a tough year to get the designation.
Use PCGS standards. These are all from a roll I bought a couple weeks ago.

I see No full steps here. They need to be in Uncirculated condition, don't they?
This is one example of a 6 step actually. 6-Full-Steps.jpg

Sal all the coins are in unc condition.
You can't use a modern coin as a grading criteria for a 62D Jeff, there is no comparison.
This date/mm does not have any 6FS coins.
Coinfacts has only 116 graded in all MS grades. (PCGS)
Not sure of NGC population, and they tend to be tougher.

    NGC only has 28 62-D Jefferson's certified with 5FS and 0 with 6FS.

I was looking at some of the photos on coinfacts, even in a 63 these are fairly close.
Number 3 is fairly nice and would be somewhere between a 63 or 64 depending on if they give the designation. 4 and 5 have more complete steps even with a faint 6th step. But there are small nicks, and planchet marks that are distracting, but are complete.

Sorry, drugs hadn't kicked in yet and I just hit the keyboard without meaning to.

Just teasing, no one wants to post their opinions on the steps.
