Very nice example of a clash on the first coin. I think I see either something attached to the surface, or a die chip on the reverse of the second coin (MAD). If you were thinking the last one might be a lamination . . . well, in-hand, we might be able to tell, but from that photo, I too think it is PMD. Thanks for sharing.
