Post your numbers from the edge of this coin, I got the 11231.

 

Mine doesn't have a number. Maybe someone "mis-counted."

 

Yours might be one of the restrikes then. These were quite messy... wrong metal, obviously. No edge numbering, wrong diameter and thickness. Later stage original dies were "repaired" to keep the mintage, so some coins got weird details etc.
