"n" not "m" it's "seen" not "seem" And I live near SF.. There is nothing deserving of a capitol letter there. Here is the sample given on VV:
It maybe...its hit as well die chips making it somewhat questionable? And depending on the number of known RPM's value or demand is small. 17 known rpm's for the date and mm if it is... nice find...but value isnt there like others.
You have to look on the lower part of the "S". The circled is not supposed to be there. Well I guess I screwed up that comeback!
Yes, that I see but there is too much dirt around it to tell if it’s an RPM, a Doubled die mint mark or damage.
Please post a link to the one you believe it is. I do see the RPM, but there are many with nearly the same MM placement in S/S West or East.
Looks like it but the photos are just out of focus enough not to confirm. Have a look at the markers here - 1950s1mm001 Die Variety Information - coppercoins.com
Im picking 1950-IMM-004 : S/S/S 1950s1mm004 Die Variety Information - coppercoins.com What do you think?
the MM is too high in that one I think. i will see if I can get any better photos and see if there are any of the markers from any varieties.
Coppercoins has 29 of them listed . https://www.coppercoins.com/diesearch.php?date=1950&date1=1950&thismint=s&thistype=mmom&page=0
That one the MM is also too high. The mm placement has to match. It could also be a die stage that isn't photo'd. I will take a look a little later if no one has figured it out.
