Looks like all you have is a slight Misaligned Strike on the Obverse. This is a very common occurrence on Cents from the 60's and 70's. Worth 1C
It's possible his coin displays the very common master doubling, and that's what he's seeing, but I can't tell for sure. Indeed.
You have a good eye to see anomalies on coins - keep looking, eventually you'll find a "winner" - good luck searching!!
