I only see a v and a d. Here is a pic of the back. It does not show the v nor d.

I have seen some brinks boxes in Denver, and see brinks armored cars going through the tunnel quite often.

I'm not seeing it. I agree that in the shape the rest of the reverse is in, you would have no problem seeing the initials. I have found several VDBs and have had no problems with seeing initials even on more worn coins.

How often do you find them I have looked through at least five thousand dollars in pennies and have only found a plain 1909.

I've done almost $20k. Found 8 or so I believe. I'd have to look at my excel spreadsheet.
I've actually found more VDB's than plain 09s

Wow. I have searched maybe 10 thousand dollars in my career and around 5 thousand this year. I have had bad luck this year I guess. Not a single indian or older than 1917.

I've found just one. My Dad has a little stack of them, though, maybe 8 or 10 that he's found in the past 6 years.

The only 1909 I've found was a VDB.

I've also found just one 1910. It's tough finding those earlier coins. I've never found an indian head cent.

Finished 4 boxes of cents. Nothing spectacular. A couple of fun ones though:

I wish I could, but I stopped my spreadsheet before I moved from Michigan (little more than a year ago).
But, since I've been in Illinois, I've filled 3 rolls of 90%. And at least 4-5 rolls of 40% - I've sold some so I can't do a count of those.
    No count on proofs/foreign.
