Ike Mint Error

Hi everyone, I'm looking to sell 74 D 40% silver Ike. Where could I fetch the highest price ?

Heritage would be my first choice. I do a lot of business with them and often with such "odd" coins, they can get you the best prices...sometimes.

I would love to own it, even make you an offer, but this coin is not in the PCGS data-base .....

Heritage ANA Sale or send to Fred Weinberg and let him "place" it with a collector for a very small fee.

 

You could have a fake coin in a fake slab unfortunately. Something looks off to me. I could be wrong. I'd send it to pcgs or Fred Weinberg to have them assess it

Neither one of the MS62 or MS64 are found in the PCGS Database

 

The 76 isn't in the data-base either . I would call PCGS and find out from them if their real .

Both look fake to me .....

 

I went looking on the internet for a good 74-D on silver .
Numbers matched perfect too .

We must be looking at different databases then since I've found both of them.

 

I'd say they just got added ....

That is a good thing, Pcgs needs to keep up on their data-base ....

 

That's strange. I couldn't find it either but lee is a freaking bloodhound when it comes to all things ike. Things may be looking up for the OP now
