Anyone having problems accessing the digital edition of CoinWorld? I can log into their regular website but when I go to access the digital edition it prompts me to login again and then tells me that there is no subscription related to my account. It worked a couple of weeks ago darnit.
Just tried and it's telling me my email address doesn't exist or password doesn't match. It should work as I've never changed it and it's worked before, although I also don't log on very often as I get the weekly/monthly issues delivered.
Did you try the 'forgot my user name' and/or the 'forgot my password' buttons? Why do people always come here to get technical help for other web sites?
Yes I did. No one answered at customer support. Gathering info to figure out problem. Did my subscription expire? NO! So why are they un-linking the digital version subscription from my account? Or maybe everyone is having the problem and I will relax and wait. Any more questions?
I took it more he was looking for a consensus if there was a wide spread problem versus being an individual issue. I'm pretty sure anyone able to navigate this forum is going to be tech savvy enough to notice the big 'forgot password' link right below the log in tabs.
update: 2016-04-30 I am finally able to log in to the digital edition. They've made some changes which must be why it was not accessible. Yay!
