I love 'bee' coins and the OP one is wonderful. When I was a kid my great grandfather kept bees and he taught me how to handle the hives and extract the honey. I think he really would've appreciated any of the coins in this thread.
Wanna hate me even more? I bought this fantastic bauble for only $90 . It was my best deal of the show.
I had a fabulous time. Spent too much money and made some stupid decisions, but I have a bunch of new coins to photograph and post I also made and wore a new coin-themed garment and it caused quite a stir. I'll probably tell (most of) that story in the near future.
JBEEG => awesome OP-addition (congrats) I hope I gathered all of my sweet lil' buzzers ... => bees rock!!
It happened. If you play your cards right you probably could sell enough numis-fashions to cover the coins.
One dealer did place an order for two shirts and I had several more inquiries. Things are a bit hectic right now but I hope to begin posting some coins and stories on Thursday .

Neat "bee" coins! I do not have any. But, on the bright side I use about 5 pounds of buckwheat honey per annum, esp. comb honey.
