I haven't had much crh time lately. Last week I got skunked on two boxes of halves. I got one forty percenter in my first box today.

The second box gave up 15 more forty percenters, a 64 and two walkers!

I don't think they are really worth anything but don't think I can just toss the back.

That's a cool circulation find anyway.

Got another sealed box full of someone's rewrapped dump. Come on Brinks, it's not even the same color wrapper.
    This won't be fun...

Everytime I buy CWRs they're short and chock-full of foreign coins. Thems the breaks.

We lose less collecting coins than we do on other hobbies.

Sure but it wasn't supposed to be CWR, it was a sealed box from my weekly order.
That was the only roll that visibly looked short though. I'll find out on dump day if it was really the only one.

That blows. I got two boxes of those clear plastic wrapped rolls of pennies last week and the rolls weren't all 50 coins. Some 49, some 51 or 52. One was 48 coins. The boxes were sealed.

I didn't bother to see if I was short over the two boxes.

Dumped 4 boxes of halves the last two days. Got shorted about 5 bucks.

    Crap week this week.
4 boxes of halves - 4 boxes of skunk. Brings my running total to 17 skunk boxes
    4 boxes of cents - solid 2016Ps.

Oh well, at least my 5 year old enjoys unrolling coins :) Yay child labor! :)

Not picture worthy but I'll take 2 90%ers anyday. One looked like it was dipped in oil. The rim was black. Thinking about acetone for that one and maybe some others. Is that a good idea or no? I realize they are coins and most say not to tamper. I'm thinking it's junk silver so people won't be scrutinizing it that much. Any thoughts?

    I wouldn't bother with it.

    Also, I'd kill for 2 90%ers right now. Hell, I'd take a single 40%er. Ugh...17 boxes... :(

I disagree. If you want to practice dipping, those are great for that. Really impossible to add or take away any value.

Yeah, I checked out Junk silver on ebay and most of the coins looked like they had a bath of some kind. The Stuff I am getting Coin Roll Hunting is pretty dirty. If I do anything I will not go to an extreme just acetone.

Ok. I should have clarified. For practice, there's no problem. If you are just stacking, I wouldn't bother.

I just want my silver to look good if I decide to sell. I am not sure if people who buy 90% care a whole lot about the condition of the coins or not.
