What's does the average coin shop pay a walkin for silver

    That's better, and thank you. Being as the OP asked only about junk and didn't mention a denomination, I wasn't sure what, exactly, you were trying to say.

    Actually they seem to pay higher for very common walkers on Ebay sometimes, I don't know why.

    Same reason some pay an additional premium for Barbers or trashed junk seated, etc.

    Do you own a coin shop? If so in what part of the country do you live in?

    According to my local coin shop, he pays one dollar under spot for silver bars, no matter what name is on the bar. He is buying the silver, not the name, so remember that when buying bars...the name has no merit when selling to a coin shop.
