Hey, since you've bumped this thread, here's the new BABYMETAL video for you, Steve. Karate, my friend, in tribute to your koinfu skillz .
Ahaha, that's awesome ... thanks Z-Bro Okay sure, the band may be totally boppy and I feel like a bit of a pervert watching them, but man => BABYMETAL rocks!! ... great ... now that song will be in my head for the next week!!
Haha, rest assured, you won't be the only one. Last week, they performed Gimme Chocolate on TV on some guy called Stephen Colbert's show. I'm not sure who he is, but apparently he has a bit of a following in the US.
Stephen Cobert is one of quite a few successful-enough late night talk show dudes (I wish I'd seen that, to see what the reaction was) ... ummm, I'm pretty sure that nobody wants to admit that they're kinda closet-fans (I'm actually surprised that it took them that long to hit the States ... they're definitely as cool as Bieber, eh?) BABYMETAL versus JUSTIN BIEBER ... now that would sell-out for sure (but again, nobody would ever admit that they went to it!!)
Really? ... that song owns me at the moment (funny how that works) Well, sorry if I put a loser in your head ... => maybe this'll get you into a better music-mood?
Not sure why I reacted negatively to the Lukas Graham song. The tune is catchy. I didn't care for the video with the little kids acting like ganstas, the stupid hand gestures and postures that pass for the current idea of "tough guy", etc. Also, the lyrics seem rather contrived.
Is it poor form if I play Purple Rain? (I didn't really like Prince that much, but he does take-me-back to the time when I really didn't like him that much, so he had an influence on my life) ... pretty cool song

Awesome "and" Classy ... yup, they always deliver!! (great addition, ancientone) => man, I love tunes almost as much as I love archaic punches!! ... this thread would make an awesome K-TEL Greatest Ancient Hits

Creepy little Telesphorus reminds me of a druid which reminds me of this hilarious and classic "Stonehenge" scene from This Is Spinal Tap Gawd that movie made me laugh 'til I cried. What a perfect skewering of Pomp Rock!
TIF completely stole my thunder since I swear I was also going to post my Telesphorus and Spinal Tap combo. Of course, as usual, she does it first and better. One of Little Z's current pastimes is draping blankets over his head, and when he does, he looks quite a bit like Telesphorus. And when I used to get him ready for an outing, this would be the song I'd sing to him, except that I change the words... 'socks and shoes' instead of 'cups and cakes' etc...
Spinal Tap is great! "ours go to 11." Phrygia, Synaus. Æ18. Asklepios facing Obv.: ΘЄOΝ CΥΝ - ΚΛΗΤΟN, draped bust of Senate right.
