    Here's another collar clash caused from a MAD Die, that will be added to Mr. Potter article on collar clashes .

    Yeah, seems the misalignment which allowed the collar clash in the first place wasn't corrected before the next actual planchet feeds. Wonder how many of these are out there? I couldn't imagine too many, as such a spectacular collar clash would have surfaced before if they were plentiful.

    I wouldn't think so either, this is a nice ms coin too .
    So I would think they caught it quick .
