1983 d/d rpm?

    I think I came across a rpm, I haven't been able to find any similar examples of it though. Let me know what you all think.

    Can you get a closer more detailed pic. I am seeing something to the southeast but that is an area that is subject to other types of anomalies that can fool you

    Looks like a plating issue. Happens alot around the mintmark as the plating pulls away from it for some reason.

    Agree also to.. Looks to be a minor Plating Blister around the Mintmark. Common Occurrence. A better picture would help.
