I love collecting Carthage also. Have some decent AE's, some ratty ones (fun!), and some AR's... I like my 2/3 AR Shekel from prior the 1st Punic War

Comment: I believe a meteor struck and tore off the left foreleg and part of the chest of this poor stallion. He is brave and still holds his head high!

@Ancientnoob, your coin is rather dark, so I'd suggest placing it against a white background rather than black.

Oh, and what is this I hear about a 15 shekel, @TIF? That would weigh what, 165 grams? That's one heck of a silver puck!

 

Its bronze and looks like a peanut butter cup, 95 grams or right @TIF ?

Great coins! At the moment I haven't yet any siculo-punic coin in my collection. However, after looking at the coins of this thread, it becomes clear that I have to fill this gap!

 

The Agothokles tet is your nicest but I think this is my favorite TIF coin. Killer!!

i'm under piused, and under puniced. here are some coins that AN was nice enough to give me, and still my only coins from the original carthage.

Head of Tanit left, wearing wreath of grain ears and single-pendant earring / Horse standing right; palm tree in background to left, ligate Punic Ṭ and Š below.
