Excellent book on Hungarian AV Coinage

    This book covers period when first gold was minted to 1540/ when Hungary ceased to exist as independent Kingdom. Now it was dominated by either the Holy Roman Emperor in Vienna/ Ottoman Sultan in Constantinople. john photos 1 011 (Medium).jpg

    That is the Nicephorus I Solidus. It arrived yesterday from Germany....
