It appears to have a d/s mint mark. Has anyone ever seen this coin or know where I can find any information on it? Would you grade it or not?

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

    Not with those pictures.
    Take your photo straight on.
The coin face must be parallel to the camera lens.
Crop out all of the extraneous stuff, too.

    I don't see a D over S. Can you give us a better close-up?

No! I thought I'd check his ear wax build-up while we were at it.

It might just be plating residue, that coin's plated.

Looks like a filled "S" mint mark.

Hey guys, I apologize for my delay in uploading new photos. Here is the best I can do. I'm working from a phone (Samsung galaxy) and I'm not sure how to edit the photos)) It looks more like a Small S over a Large S to me now. I still can't find any info on it though. Thanks

    Sure.. 1 Cent

You most likely have reprocessed cents that make the mint mark look funny..

Start a new thread. This is an old thread from 2016.
Pictures are needed or your Cent does not exist.

You probably have a reprocessed cent. It’s not a D/S, it’s just the way is looks from being replaced. Value, please see the other side of the coin, the reverse.

These resurrected threads are confusing. I just spent 5 minutes studying pictures from 2016

On the other hand the 2016s were very good pictures. Especially of the flooring - that gives me some ideas for when I lay down new floors here...
