If you like star notes keep it - the rest spend. I'm taking it you are referring to the serial numbers? Not worth anything except a dollar each. I don't even think you can get an Ebayer to bid on those!
The first one is a nice serial #, but not weird enough to command a premium. The second one is too beat up to sell for any more than a dollar, but keep it if you really like star notes. The third and fourth ones I see nothing special or fancy about. Spend them.
