Ya mean like this MS66 which recently sold at Heritage? http://coins.ha.com/itm/eisenhower-...3-7645.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
The coin in Post#6 is NOT my 66! IMO, lots of times the professionals at a TPGS take a coin's date; mint; type; value; and rarity into consideration to assign a grade. Some will even argue that the identity of the owner also influences the grade. IMO, this is just an example of an over graded coin even though many of the marks were on the coin as it left the press.
Looking at the pictures of 66s on Coin Facts, the 71s look like 65-66 and the 71-Ds look like solid 66s. The Heritage 71 in 66 would not garner my bid as such.
Beautiful IKE's Lee!...you straight up got robbed though bro! All 4 of those babies should go straight to New Jersey...maybe a couple get the kiss of gold
I just noticed that and SuperDave agreed with me (us) too and I know he's not one to blindly pile on Edit, oh bigtee agreed too. So looks like we have a consensus. Time for a reveal lee
