I load up on crisp mint packs of $2 bills every year in December to use for tips and small purchases. Liked these combos.

I'm not into the serial numbers, but the centering on these notes is awesome !

Isn't the second one down called a "Radar" note.

 

I think a true radar note serial number reads the same front to back as back to front

These notes are brand new from packs I bought last Dec. So yes, they are nice and crispy.
