1984 Lincoln rim break or?

Ok I am not educated enough in rim errors to know what this is. Im not 100% sure but I dont think its PMD, at first I was thinking some type of rim break then I though partial collar. Im not having any luck researching this so can someone please give me some insight on this coin.

I found this one yesterday. An off center strike.

 

if it matches up on the reverse it's less than 5% off center if it doesnt match up on other side its MAD. Here is a pic with arrows on areas im not sure about.

 

picture of the reverse would determine if it's a Misaligned Die and not Off Center

 

could be a slight Misaligned Die also with a bit of Finning at the egde of the slight double rim. Common occurrence.

 

I thought that as well but from what I see on Finning it runs flat along the rim?

 

Maybe it is a Machinist's Error (ME).

Rim crumbling. The rim gutter of the die is breaking away.

 

It's a garbage definition that another member dreamed up.

That makes sense, those poor phillie dies get used to the bitter end
