    Obv. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P (P missing)
    Head of Hadrian, laureate, right

    Rev. LIBREALI_TAS AVG in ex. COS III ( error LIBERALI_TAS)
    Liberalitas, draped, standing right, holding cornucopiae in both hands as if about to empty it.

    How do you mean "P missing" ? The P is running into the bust but it is there, isn't it ?

    I think he means there should be two Ps ("Pater Patriae"). The reverse legend is also blundered, with LIBREALITAS instead of LIBERALITAS.
