Ah heck, I don't see any wear, just some contacts and luster grazes. This pretty girl looks like she has expensive tastes. For my money, MS65.

I'm seeing 64. I think some of the chatter and haze in the fields held it back from PL.

 

Caveat: interpreting those pictures is nearly impossible.

I'd guess maybe 64PL.

Plenty of guessers will say it has a star, but I don't think it does.

I will say straight 64. I can't see any evidence of PL in the pictures, nor do I think it gets a *. I think this is probably a very hard coin to photograph, and probably looks a lot better in hand.

I like the 64PL idea, if they didn't give it a PL designation surely it got bumped to 65 due to the contrast.

You're looking at the ill-defined lower hair curls and the breast? If so, those are my stoppers, too. But look at the black luster grazes in those areas. They'd mark the high points and would wear before those ill-defined areas. But maybe I'm overthinking it.
