I've never really "been" to Vegas other than a drive through or lay over at the Airport but I'll be headed there soon. Any good Coin Shops in Vegas for Modern Coins? Anybody live in or near Vega for a possible meet up? Any suggestions on what to do?
Sahara Coins ia a good one. Not sure about their modern inventory though. I go up to vegas every few months either for business or fun. Which hotel did you choose?
Yeh, don't think Chumley will be waiting on you. My son has been in there several times and says it's all hype. Steve
Paris is nice and it's right in the middle if the strip. Good times! Oh and did you guys know they have a "Pawn Stars" live performance show with actors at The D I think. How stupid is that!
Ask for the oldman but he only collects $100 bills so win some tokens whIle your their so you can post picks of the new designs when you get back for us thanks lol ! https://www.silverstrikers.com/Web/Main/Strikes-Inplay-Menu.php/
WHAT! The delta saloon in Virginia City lost its gaming license!? I was just there last July and won 3 bottles of champagne on a slot trying to win a gsa cc
I was there this time last year. Best thing I saw there was Jeff Dunham. It rained a flood there one evening as we were leaving one show to make another one down the strip a couple blocks. I had a pair of leather sole caiman boots on and started sliding toward the street as soon as we walked out the door. Marble, water, and leather soles don't mix. Everyone started a hurried walk to get to the next show and I couldn't get to a hand rail. Wound up setting on the wet curb in a downpour and pulling my boots off so I could walk. They said it hadn't rained like that there in 100 years.
Reminds me of a trip to Puerto Vallarta in 1983. Left our dinner Hotel for the Hotel where we were staying which was right next door. By the time we got there, we were literally drenched.
Funny thing was while I was on the curb trying to get my boots off, a guy came up and tried to hand me a stack of girly cards. I wasn't nice.
