Of course the coins were only worth face value anyway really. Not likely you tried to spend a flowing hair dollar.
Some guy randomly walking up and asking if I know what the value of an ounce of gold is - and me winning free gold. Heck, I'm sitting here with a gold double eagle that just arrived yesterday that is on it's way to the safe deposit box this morning to join its cousins.
I've always wanted to pay for my $6.50 burrito at Chipotle with an assortment of coins like this... ...but I haven't screwed up the courage to do it yet because they may throw my burrito at my face! (If I would do this, I'd wait to go in when they're slow; I'm not mean enough to back them up during a rush. )
Chick Filet I'm not bothered about - never ate there. Chipotle is a different story. Hopefully no horrors from there.
I've gotten undercooked food at some time from just about everywhere (including at home) and I've gotten overcooked as well. To me that isn't enough reason to give up on them. (Unless I just want to give up on eating altogether.) Now if you start getting undercooked on a regular basis that would be a different matter.
