Hey Y'all, I came across this Homestead Quarter n I have Never seen one like this before, Does Anyone Mind to let in on the info of this coin Please! 2 Errors on Same Coin, JF is blogged out and the P Mint is Doubled. N on a 2nd Coin, there is What looks like a squirel on Top of the Left Side of the Roof next to the Center Post.. Check em out Please
Hi Nate. The "squirrel" is what is known as a small Die Chip that is common on these Homestead Quarters. The P Mintmark could be either slight Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration. All common and very minor. "blogged out'? Maybe slightly struck through grease. Looking at your picture it could just be another Die Chip.
