Antinous 2nd-3rd centuries CE PB tessera, 25 mm, 7.63 gm, 11h Obv: draped bust of Antinous right, wearing hem-hem crown; crescent before, AN behind Rev: Serapis standing right, head left, raising hand and holding scepter; to left, ЄYC/YBA/[...] Ref: Milne –; Dattari (Savio) –;Köln – Per CNG: "A previously unseen reverse legend and unpublished tessera. Though difficult to read, the reverse legend appears to be some variation of the word Εὐσεβής (“pious")." I can't quite make out the reverse legend and plan to try making a rubbing to see if that lends any clarity. Finding tracing paper has proven difficult! No local stores seem to have any.

Its not so much willpower as a lack of material. I've been underbidder on about five lots that were just going for more than they're worth. My standards are already rock-bottom. I'm just ultra-specialized.

That first line sounds like something I'd say. In a world where average lots go for multiples of estimates, it is hard to figure just what anything really is worth. When a coin (and I assume token) is the best available and, at the same time, as ugly as sin (as are many pieces of old lead) we have to set standards accordingly. In the game you play, I'd be willing to grade TIF's piece as a very slightly impaired proof. I might propose a new grading standard based on how long you have to look at a piece before you are able to see the details that were pointed out in the catalog. Anything under a minute is VF; anything over a day is only Good. By that standard, the OP is Fine to my unleaded eyes (not that I don't have worse looking silver and bronze coins).
All I have are those two you suggested for me Bill. I have no idea where they ARE, but in the pile somewhere. I have been Jonesing for some coins too. I bought that Elagabalus, and a few coins from the local shop. That has been it for about three months though. Why? Kind of bad luck on a couple of auctions, Doctoral tuition, and just life I guess. Don't worry, I am sure I cannot stay on the wagon.
