I think it's a weak extra column in bay number 1. I hope it's not split plating. It's awful hard to tell with the USB micro. It isn't listed on the major sites.

I'm not sure what it is, but I also see it on the other side of #5 and further down. I don't think it's an error, but that's my guess.

I don't see any issues. There is a second row of pillars as part of the standard design.

The standard row of pillars is on the west side of bay #1 and on the East side of bay #11

The location of the 2nd row of columns for the 1993 coins, are as pictured in your coin. If you do an image search for your coin, all examples show what your coin shows. If you find a source that shows otherwise, please let me know so I can correct my statement. I've been married 12 years, and I've found out that I'm almost always wrong. ;)

Here are some "normal" memorials from a 1993-D. I'm not claiming mine is a doubled die. I hope so but it could be split plate doubling, or a stain. It's hard to see 3 dimensions with a mono scope. Image28663.jpg Image28677.jpg Image28679.jpg

It is supposed to be on #5, and #7, The left side of bay one, and the right side of bay 11.
