I think it's a weak extra column in bay number 1. I hope it's not split plating. It's awful hard to tell with the USB micro. It isn't listed on the major sites.
I'm not sure what it is, but I also see it on the other side of #5 and further down. I don't think it's an error, but that's my guess.
The location of the 2nd row of columns for the 1993 coins, are as pictured in your coin. If you do an image search for your coin, all examples show what your coin shows. If you find a source that shows otherwise, please let me know so I can correct my statement. I've been married 12 years, and I've found out that I'm almost always wrong.
Here are some "normal" memorials from a 1993-D. I'm not claiming mine is a doubled die. I hope so but it could be split plate doubling, or a stain. It's hard to see 3 dimensions with a mono scope.
