    Yes totally unrealistic. Completed auctions are in the $400 to $470 range.

    A 16-s in vf in pcgs plastic is not going to be cheap. They are in demand. They are scarce. I would look at ebay and Heritage sold prices for similar coins and go from there. Be prepared to pay up.
