Just whipped up these trading card style images in Photoshop. Along with a few of my toner examples ...

I always wondered where does Lincoln cent portrait come from...

 

When I was a kid there was a TV game show played with celebrities who had to figure out who was telling the truth.
The show was "Tell the Truth"
One show they had 3 native American Chiefs come out to stump the celebrities . One of the 3 chiefs was one of the Chiefs who posed for the Buffalo nickel.
Wow that to a 8 year old coin collector was so cool.

 

I remember the show, but not that particular episode.

this is heraldic , i think kinda make it very enchanting now when i get a hold of certain coins.. i can see where they got the idea from....
