Can Proof-like Coins still have Cartwheel Luster?

I think he said that if you were being facetious about the luster on a coin from a very well worn die, then he was agreeing that it wasn't so. But if you were saying something you believed to be true, then he doesn't agree with you. He's using latin to sound smart.

 

But, does the gist of what you were using latin for essentially correct????

 

I know, hence the smiley. When I went to high school in KY in my small hometown of 2,000 people, the only language offered in the school (other than English...and that WAS NOT considered a foreign language) was Latin and that was because the librarian wanted to teach it. I actually enjoyed it.

 

Can any one help me find out about these 2 coins ?
