1972 Ike type 2 MS 65 is the big key you would be looking for Hugh. There are several around in MS 63 and 64 quality. Although, the MS 65 is pretty scarce and graded very tough. I also believe the 1974 P in higher grades is in the thousands range. I'm not really into Ikes that much though. Hope this helps.
Thanks, I thought a 1971 was the bottom of the barrel. I bet they grade different that what Im use to in Morgans because of their yourth and numbers.
One for my Type set and my first Barber, the other for fun. The toning on the reverse buff picture is indicative of the toning on the entire coin. It's very nice and even as well. Great luster. An awesome coin for <$70.
Yeah. Just a nice original coin I think I can sell those sales have been a tough place to buy anything lately. I really miss stacks bowers weekly sales. I did really well there
Seller's pics... I'll probably start a GTG thread, that's why I won't show you the label today. Hey Hugh, can we play together now?
Picked this up on a recent trip to New Orleans: 1884-O Morgan Dollar Click here for full resolution picture. Morgans are not my specialty, but I picked this one up because I liked the looks of it (and I wanted a souvenir). It's a raw coin, and I paid MS-64 money.
