What is documented as the coin with the most errors? I haven't really focused on collecting errors, as there are so many different types to collect and focus on. I'm imagining one with a clipped planchet, DDO, DDR, RPM, off center, etc lol. But, that must be non-existent... or does it exist?

Please feel free to post your own coin with the most errors, too!

I could not speak for documented but I have found as many a 8 errors on a single 2009P Formative Years cent. multiple die cracks, multiple die chips retained and broken off, DDO/DDR and struck through foreign matter, all on the same coin. I'm terrible with photos though, sorry.

I would assume Lincolns will have the most errors just from the sheer number made every year.

Sort of depends on what you define as "errors".
Die chips are errors BUT generally to small to create a lot of interest.
Die rotations are in the same category.
And look at all the DDR's on the LMC's; most of the time you need a 10x loupe to see them.

Obvious solution: Congressional decree for the mint to start making some better errors :D

Dunno what the top three would be, but I bet one of 'em's a Shield Nickel and another is a 3CN. :)

I have a 1960-D/D RPM that I found with my unaided eyes, and I was pretty proud of myself that I even caught it!

I do have to agree that if an error is so tiny that it requires a scanning electron microscope to see it that it isn't of interest to me.

I concur! I like to see bigger errors that I can see with no need of magnification. Here are some of my examples that I own with at least 2 errors -
