Since you haven't told us specifically what you see, and there are photos of different segments of the coin, I don't have the slightest idea what you mean. Someone stole my crystal ball! I see an "82", but if you see an "88", you need to get out of the sun. Chris
Here's a couple more images Billy, I have lost my natural lighting, so I'm done with the images too Billy .
Nice photos Richard! Say how was the show, and hows MR.potter doing?I hope all is well everyone& you guys had a grand day.You must have a new plate on your truck that says 4 U 2 N V.lol That must have been nice to hang out at a coneca table all day, especially with MR potter.CHRIS.here's the 88 I posted with those 82's can you tell me which one is not right?
It was a lot of fun and Ken showed me a good book to buy on die states . I'll take one of the date and post it too ....
Neither one of you has a doubled die. I have found dozens of 1982's that look like they "could be" doubled dies. Upon closer inspection there is no actual doubling. I want both of you to tell me which way the spread is going. Clockwise, counter clockwise, towards the center, towards the rim, to the east, west, north, south? Nope. Just fat letters.
CCW, or East to West ..... I'll show it to Mr. Potter at the end of the month, thats when are next coin show is in Michigan .....
