I like frosty white best, but thought this was worth buying. It has been NGC graded Ms 64. I paid $160.00 for it. Will I be waiting 100 yrs. to regain my investment ??? The photo doesn't show all the different colors, it's real pretty in hand.
toned 1960 Canadian quarter. Ebay link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1960-BULLSE...Kp5JZSlY9w%2BgWzqS80Q%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc kind of dark, but I still like it.
Are you going to send it in for grading Jason? I'm curious to see the various results the coins from this roll receive. So far it's been a mixed bag.
No, I don't think so. The toning is unquestionably authentic, but the grade would be too low. I grade this one a 63. The reverse is stunning, and if the obverse were as clean I would send it in in a heartbeat - but there are some pretty significant gashes on Lincoln's shoulder and jacket.
Haven't posted in a while. I just picked up a few dimes that are just amazing. This 1942 was my best purchase for the price. More pix of my other new purchases to come soon.
