91 quarter MAD??

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Is this a MAD or something else ? I have other coins that I thought were MADs but the rim is missing and letters are intact, this is opposite, rim is intact letters are cut off

    To determine if it is a misaligned die, we would have to see the reverse as well.

    Yes always show both sides. I will say yes to MAD - Misaligned Die
    The bottom right side of the obverse shows the classic Double Rim effect associated with a MAD.
