    I don't think your photo is that bad, Louie... a tad close, perhaps, but certainly a solid effort. Unfortunately, the real problem is that it's not showing the correct area of the coin if this is, in fact, the claimed variety. The secondary D would be located, towards the tip of the 9, or just below where your photo cuts off. Below are two link that, perhaps, could be of some help to you.
