Hi all got this today i believe it was hole punched but if not please let me know. It doesn't seem to have scratching and if it was hole punched it had enough force and pressure all at once it seems like a clean coin

If you're thinking that it was attempted with a hole punch like one used for paper, then I don't think so. The cutting apparatus on a hole punch is concave to aid in cutting through multiple pages at one time. There wouldn't be an outward bulge in the center on the opposite side.

Yes that is what I was thinking but unsure what wouldve done it after leaving the mint if it was not done there

PMD somehow caused by someone with too much time on their hands.

Maybe a roll pin punch or a dome punch and die like what is used to make jewelry.

I did some measuring and I would bet that hole is 5.6mm or .22 of an inch.
It looks to me like someone used a .22 short and shot it.
I used my caliper to compare the placement of the hole and size and that would be my best guess from the evidence at hand.

It would be a much rounder bottom, perhaps with a little "splashing" from the impact (I've shot coins with a .22LR and a .223; the 5.56mm goes through). I agree with the feature size; maybe something 1/4" (6.35mm).
