Maybe if these were fake NGC/PCGS holders, but the "slabs" are WCS. Very low chances to do anything about it, especially since it is hosted in HK.

 

1st there specifically only doing chinese coins that have know to be heavily faked ,2 there only send out under there own label, and they've heavily mimicked NGC's system of slab and ANACS original coding system..

 

report it to ncic numismatic crimes , for investigation and the fbi

The website was created last month, and is registered via a Chinese company, Hichina Zhicheng Technology LTD, a large registrar in China. This firm is likely affiliated with Alibaba as the Registrar Abuse contact email is the same addy as the Alibaba abuse email.

There is an address listed for this business. It's a house not an apartment as stated on the website. I know this place, did a project a few months ago just down the street. Owners are Chinese investors. Go figure...
