A lot goin on on this coin. I think the doubling is machine boubling, but I do believes I gots an RPD. Wuduyathink? Doubling on obverse Date

Yes, those are the markers for FS-3N-1869-302. well after reading that it looks like that may explain the doubling. This would indicate the coin was struck earlier in the life of that die if I read that right.
