Lamination error

 

Do Lamination errors in any capacity add any value? Can't imagine on this 1964, but I have a cool wheat penny that has something like this.

 

No esspecially a 64 nickel highest ever minted...some may pay a premium if its something special but most of the time no...in fact it can be just the opposite as its damaged

Laminations are related to the coin material. Cuds are related to the die. Therefore, it can't be a pre-cud.
