Im shy on a Dansco type set got 2/3s of though
I filled a lot of holes on that set this year
Debating on what to do w/Frankies I started it when I 1st started collecting and it sat as I moved on to other series.
    I only added 2 coins in 2015
Been thinking about ancients could someone recommend a good book on the subject. I know vertually nothing about them.
    Thanks
    Happy New Year
    Tony

Holy Moses, Winged your killing me with these gorgeous pieces. I have been working on my Lincoln set for the last 4 years and I am no were near complete on my set lol that's not even dealing with the coins above my price range. I did find a XF40 (Details) 24-D for $25. Gorgeous set my friend.

7070 refers to the album identification number for the Dansco major type set. Every Dansco has a number on it indicating what the album is, on the "binded" side.

Thanks, I kept Googling and Dansco was coming up. Thought it had to do with the coins face value...but that didn't work...thanks again.

I added a couple of high grade designated cameo Mercury Dimes and moderately frosty 1942 quarter to my 1936-1942 proof sets. From my cameo type set, I am missing only the nickels.

Added these 2 to my trade dollar set image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Also did a few additions and upgrades to my type set. But also started selling coins too so I ended up selling many coins that I wished to eventually upgrade. So in the future I will likely buy a great deal of coins but very few for myself except a few exceptional examples such as these

That 1874 is hideous. I think you should sell it to me with a discount...lmao.

You think I need to get something like a pr 66 cam? Guess a 64 cam not good enough. ;)

Well yeah. I know a 64 CAM is good enough for me, but I don't roll in your territory....Happy New Year Bill!

Yeah me too. A 66 cam in a type 1 proof is out of my league financially too especially as pcgs has a pop of 1 none higher

That's quite a milestone, that took three generation of my family to complete the same goal. The quarters are really the killers. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/20th-century-finally-complete.217478/

You could probably complete it in a reasonably high grade for $7070, but that has nothing to do with it. :)

It will be quite a milestone and I'll probably be near death and thus a real "bucket list" item. I may hit the bucket when I purchase the 1901-S quarter. I'm still missing several Barber and Standing Liberty quarters and seven Barber half dollars. 31 of the remaining 40 coins are in those three series.
