    I am note the expert but they are "United States Notes" instead of Federal Reserve Notes.

    Banks still have Two Dollar bills? These went out of circulation a long time ago. When they were scarce I always kept one in my wallet. When I had to spend it I knew I was running out of cash. And my hair was brown then.
