I think I found a RPM but I'm not 100% sure. I was bored and was just looking through my junk pile and pulled this out. Let me know if its anything worth while or if I'm just crazy.

It looks like machine doubling to me, but I could be missing something.

I could be, but I don't see evidences of that anywhere else.
    See above.
I actually to 34 pictures in total these were the "top 7"
The best I can do for right now.

Just because machine doubling appears on one letter doesn't mean it has to appear on other letters.

Do you own a 5x or 10x loupe? All I did for the photo below was put my 10x loupe in front of my camera and snap a photo.

Yes but it appears nowhere else on the coin. Sure it doesn't have to but it most likely would from what I've seen.

This was taken with a 30x loupe plus a little zoom from my phone.

    That isn't a valid argument.

Unzoom your lens and retake the photo. Try a couple of angles to give perspective. Use two lights if you have them.

Ok, so I just got my Dino-Lite and was able to get some pretty good photos. This is 210 times magnification. A015 - 20160108_220750.jpg
